Robin J Fowler, a qualified Chartered Accountant, Robin has over 30 years of international experience in leading product, profit and revenue enhancement in Plc and high growth SME companies. He has held directorships and senior management roles in Babcock International plc, P&O, SDL plc and BAe Systems plc where he specialised in financial strategy, fund raising, business development, reporting and public company compliance. He has also developed and controlled high profile and politically sensitive multi-million pound engineering projects in close liaison with UK and overseas government agencies.  Robin currently manages a successful consultancy focusing on corporate financial strategy and brings a wealth of experience and valuable insight into corporate groups.

Costi Papadopoulos brings over thirty years of successful business development in two important regions; Middle East and North Africa. Costi has established several businesses in the Middle East, principally in the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon. He established DCSoft International, a software development company based in Beirut Lebanon. DCSoft have business centers in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, UAE, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with Headquarters Beirut. Costi has a very strong background in all areas of Software development and systems integrated solution, for several vertical markets.

Dr. LEZ RAYMAN-BACCHUS MBA, MA, FRSA, FBCS, CITP, FHEA                                                     Director - Marketing & Business Development Strategy 

Dr. Rayman-Bacchus has held executive positions in marketing and business development for several international reknowned companies such as WL Gore & Associates USA . He has over twenty years experience working in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) driven competitive environments. Dr Rayman-Bacchus gained his PhD in Strategic Management from Edinburgh University, MA from London Metropolitan University and MBA from Bradford University. Professionally Dr Rayman-Bacchus holds Fellowships with the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce (FRSA) and the British Computer Society (FBCS) and is a Chartered IT Professional (CITP) . As well as being a senior executive for CINTIS International, Dr Rayman-Bacchus also lectures Masters and undergraduate students in Strategic Business Development at several Universities in the United Kingdom, including the London Metropolitan University and Internationally. ANDRÉ A. BUJARA  Dipl. Ing. Electronics                                                                                          Executive Director - System Integrators & Distributors

André Bujaraa Chartered Management professional, has over 20 years of extensive Sales, Alliance, and Product Management experience in the International Telecommunications and IT industry. André has served as Senior Manager with world leading IT and Telecommunication companies such as Oracle, Nortel and Siemens. Amongst others he established several businesses for Architel Systems, MetaSolv Software, and the Espial Group in Germany and was instrumental to their success in Central and Eastern Europe.

André started his career as a Researcher in Fault-Tolerant Computing at the German Academy of Science after completing his Master in Electronics (Dipl.-Ing.) with Summa cum Laude at the Humboldt-University in Berlin.


Vice President - Business Development EMEA

Ronald Honselaar has over 30 years of extensive Sales, Sales Management and General Management experience in the International IT, Telecommunications and Mobile industry.          Ronald has served as Senior Executive with world leading IT and Telecommunication companies and in many instances was responsible for more than double-digit growth. Amongst others he founded companies or was instrumental to their success, such as: Mohawk Data Sciences, Tandem, Memorex Telex, Racal Datacom, FaciliCom International, BCE/Teleglobe, T-Systems, IBM and Syniverse Technologies. As MD and founder of FaciliCom Int. Benelux, Ronald established the first competition against the MNO's in Europe after the deregulation in 1996. For T-Systems he was, as Country Sales Director and Board member, responsible for winning the largest European IT-Data Center outsourcing deal ever scored with Shell. Ronald started his career as a Cavalry Officer in the Dutch army serving in Germany. Later on he studied IT, Marketing and effective Management (St. Gallen University) and completed amongst others an executive MBA .

Doug Stephen is Chairman and founder of MAXTAG (United Kingdom) Limited, a successful operating company in Europe. With over 25 years in business, Doug has held Senior Director levels appointments with several well-known international corporations. Doug’s breadth of experience and his proven commercial acumen complements the daily business focus of CINTIS’s Executive Directors. His strengths in the boardroom and proven senior management abilities give the CINTIS Organisation additional strength to succeed in today's business world.


PHIL STONE                                                                                                                                          Vice President - Cyber Security

Phil Stone has over thirty years of international business development experience having served as a senior executive with many world leading telecommunication and information technology organisations including: Mitel Telecom, Newbridge Networks, West End Systems, ADC Telecommunications, Advanced Fibre Communications, Redfern Broadband Networks, PICS Telecom International, MPx Technology and Endace Measurements Systems. Having founded or been instrumental in the growth of many successful companies. Phil has lived and worked in South Africa, Denmark, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Phil brings a wealth of EMEA, APAC, India/Japan Fixed and Mobile Cyber Security experience to CINTIS.

DAMIAN KOCH Betriebswirt (VWA)                                                                                                         Director - Sales Europe

Damian Koch has over 15 years international sales, marketing and business development experience in the Telecommunications and Cable industries including management roles in sales and marketing for Alcatel Cable and ADC Telecommunication’s. In his role as Sales Director for ADC he was responsible for the successful introduction of products and solutions into the Central and Eastern European Multiple Services Operators (MSO) market and the set-up of distributor and VAR network channels throughout Eastern Europe to initiate new business development. Additionally Damian has specialist knowledge of the German, Austrian, Swiss, Czech Republic and Polish markets. Damian graduated in Business Studies from the Academy of Business and Administration (ABA), Hanover, Germany.

TIM KENNEDY                                                                                                                                         Vice President - Business Development North America

Tim Kennedy has over 25 years experience in the communications industry. Initially, based out of the UK, he managed business activities throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. More recently, based out of the USA, his activities have expanded to include North America, Asia and Central/South America. Tim has held engineering, management and executive management roles with British Telecom, Racal Milgo and General Datacomm Corp. More recently he held executive management roles in several early stage communications equipment vendors. Tim’s strengths include a broad knowledge of international business development activities.

PETER MANSFIELD BA (Hons) Economics                                                                                           Vice President - Marketing North America

Peter Mansfield brings a wealth of technology marketing experience and international communications expertise to CINTIS.  Peter is the founder and president of Mansfield + Associates, a strategic marketing firm in Los Angeles that helped pioneer web site development within business-to-business marketplaces. At Mansfield + Associates he has worked closely with technology clients in developing multi-faceted marketing communications programs.

Working with companies from start-up through to market leadership, Peter has been actively involved in helping clients through public offerings and acquisitions that have totaled more than    $8 billion in value. Peter previously served in senior marketing and management positions at Kodak and John Lewis Ltd in the United Kingdom. In 1999 Peter was the co-founder and CEO of Brand3, a fast growth, venture-funded company that developed a breakthrough desktop marketing and Internet access solution that was sold to American Express in 2001. Peter graduated from the University of East Anglia, England with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

HENDRIK NIKLAAS POMP BSc (Hons)                                                                                           Principle Financial Consultant

Erik Pomp has wide experience of financial accounting practice in Europe. He was the European Controller for ADC Telecommunications. During the past 10 years Erik has created, expanded and managed multi-million dollar enterprise accounting structures for large corporations in Europe. Erik has strong financial business experience and is particularly knowledgeable in international cross-boarder transaction management. Erik has a BSc Hons degree in Chartered Accountancy from Groningen University Netherlands.

GEORGE ELGHOSSAIN BSEE, MSEE, MS, MBA                                                                                  Vice President - Sales North America

George Elghossain has over 20 years of US and International business development experience in the telecommunication and networking industries. He has held several senior management roles in sales, marketing, business development, engineering & support. Prior to joining CINTIS George was Director of Business Development at Tellium Inc, an Optical Networking Company and General DataComm Inc, an International Telecommunications manufacturing company where he was responsible for major sales and marketing growth in the US & EMEA. George holds an MBA, MS in International Business, MSEE in Communications Engineering and a BSEE in Computer Sciences from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

GEORGE  WHITEHOUSE BSc (Hons), MBA, MBCS, CITP, CEng                                                      Director - Technical Services 

George Whitehouse has a career spanning over 20 years with a wide range of technical and management experience. He has held a number of senior technical positions with major telecommunications and software companies in Europe prior to developing his own consultancy business. These include companies such as Telewest, Cable & Wireless, COLT and NTL. George has a strong academic background with a BSc Hons degree in Computer Sciences and an MBA. George is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng), Chartered IT Professional (CITP) and a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society.   

GREG WHITE                                                                                                                                         Vice President - Business Development Asia/Pacific

Greg White has over 20 years business development experience. After a successful career at GNTS where he was the Managing Director for Professional Services for Asia Pacific and Cabletron where he held a number of senior management positions over a six year period. Greg was also National Professional Services Manager for Allied Technologies. Greg has extensive experience in the Networking business, Professional Services, Consulting organizations and relationship management with large manufacturers and customer organizations.

MICHAEL HEANUE                                                                                                                                     Director - Operations

Michael Heanue has over 20 years of operational Management experience throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa, including setting up an Operational Support Centre in North America to support global customers. Michael has managed complex networking environments where quality performance is of paramount importance to customers’ business. Michael has a strong technical background in Telecommunications, Networking and ICT applications.

LAURENCE NEVARD                                                                                                                                  Director - IT Services

Laurence Nevard has over 17 years in IT development and implementation. He has held senior IT management positions with several international companies including Ascom-Timeplex, Logical Networks PLC, De La Rue Corp and most recently with Vital Network Services Inc. Laurence was instrumental in assembling an excellent international technical team and creating VITAL’s worldwide IT infrastructure from its Headquarters in Connecticut, USA.

MARGITTA GROTE Dipl-AH, Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA)                                                         Director - Administration

Prior to joining CINTIS International Margitta managed a large Medical Practice in Cologne Germany. She was responsible for a team that managed the administration for over 5000 customers using leading edge technology. Margitta’s organisational skills are broad based and are focused on supplier administration, contract control, CINTIS operational management, company organisation and customer administration growth throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.
